What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form on this site, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address and the brand name you want to protect.
Alongside that, we automatically record the page you submitted from, the website that referred you, the date and time, and any campaign identifiers present in the web address (such as utm_source or gclid). These tell us which advertisement or search brought you here. We do not collect this from visitors who never submit the form.
If you later engage us for a trademark filing, we will separately collect the documents that filing requires. That is governed by our engagement terms, not this policy.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To carry out the free trademark search you asked for.
- To understand which of our advertisements produce genuine enquiries.
We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell, rent or trade them to anyone.
Consent
We collect your details only when you tick the consent box and submit the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us, and we will stop contacting you and erase your enquiry record unless we are required to keep it by law.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in a Google Workspace account (Google Sheets and Gmail) controlled by us, and are accessible only to people in our practice who need them. We keep enquiry records for 24 months and then delete them, unless you have become a client, in which case retention follows our engagement terms and applicable professional record-keeping requirements.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to erase it, and withdraw consent. Write to secureurbrand@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If we use website analytics, it is configured not to identify individual visitors. Campaign identifiers in the web address are read only at the moment you submit the form and are not stored in your browser.
Children
This website and our services are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use data already collected will be notified to you directly where we hold your contact details.
