Trademark registration · All India
A free search tells you in plain language whether your name can be registered — and what to do if it can't. If it's clear, we handle the filing end to end.
Government fees are paid directly to the Trade Marks Registry and shown to you separately — never bundled into our quote.
No cost, no obligation. We'll tell you honestly whether your name is worth filing.
What you get
Trademark work goes wrong in the gaps — a wrong class, a thin specification, an examination report nobody replied to. All of it is covered here.
We check the public register and the marks close enough to cause trouble, then give you a straight verdict rather than a printout.
The right class or classes for what you actually sell, with a specification broad enough to be useful and narrow enough to survive.
Filed electronically, usually within 1–3 working days of receiving your documents. You get the application number the same day it's filed.
Most applications draw an examination report. We draft and file the reply and appear at the hearing if one is scheduled.
If a third party opposes, you get advice on whether to fight or amend — before any further money is spent.
You'll hear from us when something moves, and we track renewal dates so the mark doesn't lapse in year ten.
The Trade Marks Registry charges a statutory fee of ₹4,500 per class for e-filing by an individual, sole proprietor, startup or MSME, and ₹9,000 per class for companies and everyone else. It is paid to the government, non-refundable, and always quoted to you separately from our professional fee.
How it works
Send your brand name and what you sell. That's enough to begin — a call takes ten minutes.
You get a clear answer: file as is, file with a change, or don't file. Free either way.
Documents signed, application e-filed. From that date you can legally use ™ alongside your name.
Examination, objection replies, hearings, publication. Registration typically lands in 12–18 months when unopposed.
Documents required
No notarisation. No physical visit. Scanned copies over WhatsApp or email are enough.
Most small businesses need one or two of the 45 classes — but picking the wrong one is expensive to fix later. Tell us what you sell and we'll work it out on the call.
Ask us, freeWhy bother
Nobody else can use your name for the goods or services in your class. Without registration, you're relying on proving reputation.
Amazon Brand Registry, Flipkart and Meta takedown tools all ask for a trademark. Without one, copycat listings are your problem alone.
A registered mark can be licensed, franchised, pledged or sold. Investors and acquirers ask for it during diligence.
Buyers, distributors and retailers read it as a business that intends to be around. It is a small mark that does quiet work.
